Heart rate is the number of heart beats recorded per minute. An average heart rate while exercising is measured while doing a workout. Our body's heart rate decreases after an excercise which is called recovery heart rate.  A person can calculate his resting heart rate i.e, the number of heart rates while resting completely which indicates his basic fitness levels. Aerobics improve a persons cardiovascular fitness. Monitoring the heart rates while excercising helps a person to know the working of our heart condition. To gain more from your daily excercise your heart rate needs to maintain the intensity level. The heart rate goes high after heavy excercise but it should not go too high as it proves dangerous. Our heart which is a muscle becomes stronger by excercise and becomes more resistant to any disease. The more oxygen gained helps to improve the overall health of all the internal organs of a human being. Constant excercise helps in loosing weight and keeps the body healthy for a longer period of time with out any problems related to health.

I do exercise regularly in the morning and my friends join me in the early morning jogging which improves the Excercise Heart Rate considerably.
