I do exercise regularly in the morning and my friends join me in the early morning jogging which improves the Excercise Heart Rate considerably. After jogging for about 15 to 30 minutes we enter in to a park and use the exercise equipments present there. We used to shake the legs and hands and do a warm up of the muscles to increase the Excercise Heart Rate gradually and then move on to the tough exercise like doing dumb bells and taking push ups. After an hour of exercise we feel very refreshed and the Excercise Heart Rate rises increasing the blood flow to all parts of the organs of the human body. The diabetic patients are advised to walk in the mornings for half an hour to increase their blood flow to all the organs and raise their Excercise Heart Rate slowly to reduce the sugar levels. Fitness experts comment that exercises must be done with the advice of a fitness expert or tutor in a gym or else there will be side effects affecting the operation of various parts of the body and also continuous exercise for hours will cause de hydration and the body parts will get affected and hence the time allotted for exercises also must be limited to get the effective health and mind. My gym master advises that some persons straight away start the heavy exercises without a warm up and this raises the Excercise Heart Rate to a high from the bottom which will have a strong effect on the heart and the various organs of the body. People visiting gyms regularly also experience problems and widely spread rumor is that the men lose the sperms and become impotent in sexual relationships. In most of the movies also as a part of the comedy, this message of impotency is conveyed which according to fitness experts is rubbish and there is no relationship between the Excercise Heart Rate and the sexual impotency but some fitness gurus accept this fact as some persons use drugs to improve their physique and these drugs and injections reduce the sperm production considerably making the individual sexually impotent. Hence to improve the Excercise Heart Rate, one has to do the exercises physically and must avoid using drugs, tablets and injections to avoid any side effects. Doing exercise and especially walking daily in the morning and evening is very good for the health of the heart and health of the body as a whole. |
